		<description>At my place of employment we paid over $100,000 for a HIDEOUS Content Mangling (er, Management) System... After a couple years of absolute hell, we just decided to write it off and start over... The software was so bad, WE WOULD RATHER THROW AWAY $100,000 THAN USE IT.  So, yes, I would say I subscribe to this theory.
